Abstract The Lincoln Park Sunday School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, was formed in 1894. The Barker Memorial Branch Church was formed out of the Sunday school in 1896. The church moved locations in 1906 and was renamed to Wallin Congregational Church. The church was remodeled in 1947. The church began searching for land to build a new church in 1958 and that effort was concluded in 1964 when a new church building was constructed. Abstract The First Church in Malden was formed with the establishment of the town of Malden in 1649 with Rev. Marmaduke Matthews as its first pastor. Some of the pastors following Matthews included Michael Wigglesworth, Peter Thacher, Joseph Emerson, Aaron Green, Alexander McClure, Joshua Wellman, Theodore Pease, and Roy Minich. Abstract

The First Church of the Disciples of Christ in Philadelphia was chartered in 1841. In 1912, Irving S. Chenoweth became the past of the First Christian Church and under his leadership a new church building was constructed in 1917. The church joined with the United Church of Christ after 1957. This collection contains membership and administrative records and includes meeting minutes, newsletters, and vital membership records.
