This manuscript, dated 1694, was inserted into in a repurposed manuscript volume, as evidenced by the crossed-out pages of note preceding the title page. The manuscript, written to the author's surviving sons, consists of the principle manuscript on the right-hand pages, with additions, insertions, and corrections made on the left-hand pages.
