Women's guild, 1832-1989
Scope and Contents
This series contains records from the various women's groups at First Church beginning with the Ladies Benevolent Society in 1832 which became part of the Women's League established in 1913 before it merged with the Congregational Guild, formed in 1926, to become the Women's Guild in 1929. The records contain minutes, reports, correspondence, scrapbooks, calendar booklets, histories, news stories, guides and orders, photos, account books, songs, and other documents.
