Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains the original record books of the church, which span from 1824 through 1994. These books contain the meeting minutes from annual meetings, information regarding church membership, and records of the business offices of the church. Books 2 and 2A are indicative of the split that effected the church from 1860-1878. The original church charter (1824) and original specifications for the church building (1834) are contained in this sub-series. Early books in this collection are fragile and should be handled with care.
