Scrapbook: "Church History", 1970-1979
Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains materials that were created and collected by individual members of the Congregational Church of South Hadley Falls. Records from individual church events are found in this sub-series, including a small tea bell, which was part of the "Church Bell Project". Out of the collection of scrapbooks, the largest "Church History" scrapbook provides a detailed look into the history of the church. Other smaller, personal scrapbooks detail individual experiences at the church, including wedding information and newspaper clippings following local community activities. Additionally, this sub-series contains a collection of hand-written notes, copies of early meeting minutes, and drafts of multiple chapters discussing the history of the church, to be used as part of anniversary publications and celebrations.
