Abstract
The Plymouth Congregational Church was founded in Round Prairie in 1836. A building was built the following year, functioning both as a schoolhouse and church. The church worshiped jointly with the local Presbyterians under the same reverend. The church moved to a more prominent location in Plymouth, a city in Hancock County, in 1854. In 1919, the church merged with Presbyterians from the town, keeping the name Plymouth Congregational Church. The church officially closed down in 1959. This...
