Biographical / Historical

Biographical/Historical - Phineas Nigelus Black was most notably known as a headmaster at Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He was a scholar who specialized in the History of Magic, and Potions. Before he was headmaster, he was potions master at Hogwart's. Black also dedicated decades of his life to societies within the magical community that promoted and strengthened "pure-bloods" and frequently lobbied to the Ministry of Magic on these societies' behalf.

The Black family was famous for being pure-blood family of the magical community, ties to dark wizards such as Bellatrix Lastrange nee Black, a close follower of Lord Voldemort, but also included Sirius Black, who was wrongfully imprisoned for over a decade, but was an active member of the resisting group known as the Order of the Phoenix who attempted to stop Voldemort.
